IMPORTANT: BY USING YOUR YOCAN BLACK VAPORIZER, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY AS SET OUT BELOW.

DO NOT USE YOUR PRODUCT UNTIL YOU HAVE READ THE TERMS OF THE WARRANTY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT AND RETURN IT WITHIN THE RETURN PERIOD STATED IN OUR RETURN POLICY TO RECEIVE A REFUND.

How Consumer Law Relates to This Warranty

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state. Other than as permitted by law, this warranty does not exclude, limit, or suspend other legal rights you may have.

Warranty Limitations Subject to Consumer Law

To the extent permitted by law, this warranty and the remedies described are exclusive and in place of all other warranties — express, implied, or statutory. This includes implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. If such warranties cannot be disclaimed, we limit their duration to the duration of this warranty and offer either repair, replacement, or refund.

What Is Covered?

Yocan Black warrants that its vaporizers and branded accessories purchased directly from YocanBlack.com will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for two (2) years from the date of retail purchase.

What Is Not Covered?

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear including mouthpieces, atomizers, and chambers
  • Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or discoloration
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications
  • Damage from third-party accessories or components
  • Products with removed or altered serial numbers
  • Products not purchased from YocanBlack.com or an authorized distributor

Shipping Restrictions

Due to federal shipping regulations, warranty replacements can only be shipped where permitted under law. If you're in an area we cannot ship to, we’ll work with you to find a suitable solution.

What We’ll Do

If a covered defect arises, we’ll (at our option):

  • Repair your product using new or refurbished parts
  • Replace it with an equivalent or better product
  • Refund your purchase price

Repaired or replaced items carry the remainder of the original warranty or 90 days, whichever is longer.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Yocan Black is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our product — including loss of use, data, profits, or property.

No reseller or third party is authorized to modify this warranty. If any part is found unenforceable, the remainder will still apply. This warranty is governed by the laws of the state where the product was purchased.
