How to Return an Item

Please start by contacting us through the chat icon in the lower right corner of our website. Send your order number with your first message for faster support. If needed, we may follow up by email or phone, but the chat is the quickest and preferred way to begin a return request.


Returns

To qualify for a return, all of the following must be true:

  • The request is made within 30 days of receiving your item
  • The item was purchased directly from the Yocan Black website
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, accessories, and manuals are included
  • You have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Returns must be approved before sending anything back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Devices that have been used with any smoking material, contain residue, or show signs of use — even if cleaned

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out before sending it back.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us via chat right away so we can make it right.


Exchanges

Need something else? The fastest option is to return your item (once approved) and place a new order separately.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you of approval or denial
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund
