Step-by-step instructions for setup, operation, and maintenance. Follow these directions to ensure safe use, optimal performance, and long-lasting enjoyment of your device.

Charging the Device

  1. Use the included USB-C cable to charge.
  2. Connect the cable to a wall adapter or any compatible USB port.
  3. Insert the other end into the charging port located near the power button at the top of the device.

Powering On / Off

  1. Fully charge the device for optimal performance.
  2. Press the power button 5 times quickly to turn on.
  3. Press 5 times again to turn off.
  4. The circular power button is located near the charging port at the top.

Loading Concentrates

  1. Remove the mouthpiece to expose the coil.
  2. Place a small amount of wax into the Cloud² Chamber.
  3. Replace the mouthpiece securely.

Temperature Selection

  1. Power on the device.
  2. Adjust the joystick controller left/right or up/down to select a temperature.
  3. Release the controller to lock in your chosen level.
  4. The device has four preset temperatures.

Temperature Settings

  • Temp 1: 490°F — Blue
  • Temp 2: 510°F — Green
  • Temp 3: 530°F — Red
  • Temp 4: 545°F — White

Replacing the Water

  1. Remove the top part of the device.
  2. Empty the glass bubbler.
  3. Refill with desired amount of water.
  4. Reattach the top part securely.

Replacing the Coil

  1. Remove the top part of the device.
  2. Ensure the coil is cooled down.
  3. Unscrew the old coil from the 510-threaded link.
  4. Twist the new Cloud² Chamber onto the connector clockwise.
  5. Reattach the top part.
  6. Avoid overtightening the coil to prevent loosening the threads.

Maintenance & Cleaning

  1. Remove the coil before cleaning.
  2. Turn off the device by pressing the power button 5 times rapidly.
  3. Wipe coil contacts with a cotton swab.
  4. Clean the body and glass bubbler with a dry paper towel.
  5. Charge using the supplied USB-C cable only.
  6. Ensure parts are dry before storage to prevent mold.

How do I know when the device is ready to vape?

After turning it on and selecting a preset temperature, the device’s lighting (RGB indicator) and vibration alert let you know when the heating cycle is complete and it's ready for use.
What kind of concentrates work best with SIP?

The SIP is designed for wax or solid concentrates placed into the ceramic “Cloud²” chamber. Using too much concentrate or incompatible material may impair airflow or overheating — a small amount loaded properly will give optimal vapor and flavor.
How often should I clean the device and how?

It’s best to clean after every few sessions: empty residue from the chamber, use a cotton swab (optionally with isopropyl alcohol) on the coil/contacts (when cooled), wipe the body and glass straw, and ensure everything is dry before reassembly — helps maintain good airflow and lasting performance.
What happens if I leave the device on too long?

The SIP includes safety protections. It automatically limits continuous heating time to prevent overheating. If the heating cycle goes beyond a preset duration, the device will shut down or enter cooldown mode.
Can I use the SIP while it’s charging?

Yes — the SIP supports USB‑C charging, and you can plug it into a compatible USB port or adapter. Just make sure you use the original cable and avoid overcharging to protect battery health.
