Step-by-step instructions for setup, operation, and maintenance. Follow these directions to ensure safe use, optimal performance, and long-lasting enjoyment of your device.

Charging

  1. Use the included USB-C cable from the box.
  2. Connect the cable to a wall adapter and plug it into a power outlet.
  3. Attach the other end to the Phaser Max 2.

Note: You may also charge from a computer or any compatible USB port. The charging port sits just above the RGB light strip.

Powering On / Off

  1. Fully charge the unit before first use.
  2. Press the power button 5 times quickly to turn it on.
  3. Press the same button 5 times again to turn it off.

Note: The power button is the round, trigger-style button located at the top.

Loading Concentrates

  1. Remove the coil cap.
  2. With the heating chamber exposed, place a small amount of concentrate onto the Cloud² Chamber or TGT Coil.
  3. Reattach the coil cap.
  4. Setting the Temperature
  5. Make sure the device is powered on.
  6. Use the + and – buttons to select your preferred heat level.
  7. Stop pressing when you reach your desired temperature.

Note: The Phaser Max 2 offers a temperature range of 440°F–660°F (226°C–348°C).

Replacing Water

  1. Remove the entire top section.
  2. Empty the old water from the glass bubbler.
  3. Refill to your preferred level.
  4. Reattach the top portion securely.

Changing the Coil

  1. Remove the coil cap.
  2. Allow the coil to cool before touching.
  3. Twist the coil counterclockwise to remove it from the 510 connection.
  4. Install a new Cloud² Chamber or TGT Coil by twisting it clockwise into place.
  5. Reattach the coil cap.

Note: Tighten only until you feel resistance—overtightening can damage the threading.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  1. Remove the coil before cleaning the device.
  2. Turn the device off by pressing the power button 5 times.
  3. Use a cotton swab to clean the coil contacts.
  4. Wipe the body and bubbler with a dry paper towel; avoid storing any part while still damp.
  5. Always use the included charging cable to preserve battery health.
  6. Charge the device if planning to store it for an extended period.

Note: Ensure all parts are fully dry before storage to prevent mold buildup.

How long does the battery last per charge?

The MAX 2 uses a 2100 mAh battery, and under typical conditions this can power many sessions before needing recharge.
What temperature range can I set, and how do I control it?

The operating temperature range is 440 °F–660 °F (226 °C–348 °C). Users adjust the heat using the + / – controls on the device to match their preference.
What if the vaporizer isn’t heating or shows no output?

Common causes include a dirty coil/contact, a worn-out coil, or poor connection. Cleaning chamber contacts, ensuring coil is seated properly, or replacing the coil can often restore proper function.
How often should I clean the device and what’s the proper method?

It’s best to clean after every few uses. Remove the coil, turn off the device, wipe coil contacts and the bubbler/body with a dry towel or cotton swab. Dry completely before reassembly to avoid residue buildup.
What does it mean if the device’s LED starts flashing (e.g. 3 times)?

A blinking LED often signals a connection issue — like a loose or dirty coil/base contact, or a bad atomizer connection. Cleaning and reseating the chamber, or replacing a faulty coil, typically fixes it.
