Charging the Device

  1. Use the USB-C cable that comes with the device.
  2. Plug the cable into a wall adapter, then connect the adapter to a power outlet.
  3. Attach the other end of the cable to the charging port located beneath the power button.

Note: You may also charge through a computer or any compatible USB power source.

Powering On / Off

  1. Fully charge the device before first use.
  2. Press the power button five times quickly to turn it on.
  3. Press the same button five times again to turn it off.

Note: The power button sits between the Insight display and the USB-C port.

Loading Concentrates

  1. Remove the mouthpiece to expose the heater.
  2. Place a small amount of concentrate directly into the Cloud² chamber.
  3. Reattach the mouthpiece securely.

Adjusting Temperature

  1. Turn the device on.
  2. Move the joystick left or right to scroll through heat levels.
  3. Release the joystick once you reach your desired temperature.

Note: Temperature range: 440°F–660°F (226°C–348°C).

Replacing the Water

  1. Remove the top section of the device.
  2. Empty the old water from the glass bubbler.
  3. Refill to your preferred level.
  4. Reinstall the top section.

Replacing the Coil

  1. Remove the top section to access the chamber.
  2. Ensure the coil has cooled completely.
  3. Twist the old coil counterclockwise to remove it from the 510 connection.
  4. Install a new Cloud² chamber by twisting clockwise until snug.
  5. Reassemble the device.

Note: Do not overtighten — applying too much pressure may damage the threading.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  1. Remove the coil before cleaning the device.
  2. Turn the unit off using five quick clicks.
  3. Use a cotton swab to clean the chamber contacts.
  4. Wipe the body and bubbler with a dry cloth; do not store parts while damp.
  5. Always use the supplied charger to protect battery health.
  6. Charge the device before long-term storage.
